**Location**: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

**Salary**: £24,000 basic p/a + commission and bonus (OTE £40K)

**Hours**: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, Saturday 09:00am - 5pm with one day off in the week (5-day week) **No Sunday working**

**Duration**: Permanent

**Duties**:

- Connect with customers through either online enquiries or through an appointment.
- Understand customers needs and assist them when needed.
- Building a great rapport with customers, listening, and guiding them through the car buying journey
- Recommend products that meet the customer requirements supporting them through the sales process.
- Work towards monthly targets, achieve high level of process for yourself, the team, and others.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience in a customer focused, sales/target driven position, selling products and services.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and comfortable to have conversations.
- Determination to succeed in a target driven environment.
- Confidence in using multiple computer systems.
