**Days and Times - Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 15.30**

**Length of Contract - until July 2023**

**REED Education is working with a Secondary School that is looking to appoint a Pastoral Administrator to begin immediately.**

**This is a role where no two days will be the same. Some of the responsibilities will include, maintenance and monitoring records relating to attendance, safeguarding and Child Protection. Providing admin support for EHCP’s, safeguarding reviews andaudits. To maintain and monitor the database of students on child protection plans, Child in Need and vulnerable students. As part of this role you will be required to attend meetings, internal and external and there will be times that these meetings willtake place out of hours.**
- **Have experience of working within a School Office Setting**:

- **Understand Child Protection laws and Safeguarding**:

- **Be able to always remain calm under pressure**:

- **Have high standards of accuracy and attention to detail**:

- **Have excellent written and oral communication skills**:

- **Be empathetic**:

- **Be friendly and be able to work as part of a team but also be able to use personal initiative.**:

- **Have an enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to pay £38 for a new check to be done.
