DRIVER ADMINISTRATOR - PART OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN TEAM - LEEDS - £21500

A well established SME business based in the Kirkstall area of Leeds are hiring on a permanent position due to an increase of workload.
**Your new role**
As a driving administrator you will work in the customer service team managing all aspects of communications with the hiring drivers.
Main duties will include:
- Be the first point of contact for any driver enquiries - pre, mid and post contract period
- Support queries generated in the team
- Deal with complaints
- Input data accurately onto the system
- Process hire orders for vehicles
- Produce contracts and understand pricing, services and products (training provided)
- Processing service and booking repairs
- Process driver accident claims
- Work to dedicated SLA's
**What you'll need to succeed**
You must have excellent communication skills and have previously worked with customers.
Knowledge of dealing with complaints would be desirable
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
**What you'll get in return**

Hybrid working after 6 months probation - 2/3 days in the office
£21500 per annum plus £1400 Bonus
8:45-17:30 M-F
24 days holiday plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday
