My client, top 200 firm who is also ranks highly in the legal 500 across multiple areas of law, are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their fast-paced property team at either their Peterborough or Spalding office

**The role**
This successful conveyancing assistant will support one of the top fee earners in the firm with a varied caseload of residential matters. For that reason, it is essential you are more than capable to go in and hit the ground running.
**About you**
The ideal conveyancing assistant will be comfortable assisting a fee earner progress their conveyancing files and have prior experience working with a large volume of files. You will also have been exposed to a variety of conveyancing files including but notlimited to:

- Sale
- Purchase
- Freehold
- Leasehold
- Transfer of Equity
- Remortgage
Training will provided if necessary.
**Salary + Benefits**
**Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 DOE**:

- Hybrid working
- 24 holidays + BH
- 4% pension
- Buy and Sell holiday scheme 5 days
- Health Cash Plan
