Bar Supervisor

**Role Overview**:
As Bar Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our bar, ensuring that our guests enjoy an unparalleled beverage experience. With a focus on wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails, you'll lead our bar team to deliver top-notch service and create unforgettable moments for our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
- Create and maintain a diverse and enticing beverage menu, showcasing a selection of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails.
- Train and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional service, with a focus on product knowledge and presentation.
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for mixology.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
