SAAF Education are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant for one of our Secondary schools in Sutton in Ash field.

This particular school that we are working closely with, is looking for a **Qualified Teaching Assistant** with experience with Special needs to work 1:1 with children who suffer with autism, ADHD and who are physically demanding.
- Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Experience working within a school setting and ideally SEN Trained
- Experience working with the class teacher and the SENCO to monitor and assess progression throughout the year
- Be able to utilize de-escalation strategies to manage behavior and minimise classroom disruption
- Have knowledge of special educational needs, including Autism
- Experience Supporting students with special educational needs
- A caring nature
