**Our client**:
Contract Options are delighted to be working with one of the UKs biggest supermarket chains. Our client has stores all over the country boasting more than 1200+ locations. They are well known for providing high quality goods at affordable prices. The business has been operating for over 100 years and has been at the forefront in delivering excellent service and a quality customer experience.

**The role**:
As an Online Order Assistant you will be responsible for fulfilling online orders by picking products from the store, using technology to manage the order and update various other members of the team with your progress. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are packed on time, speaking to customers over the phone and loading the drivers vans ready for delivery.

**About you**:
The ideal Online Order Assistant will be used to working independently, possess a positive attitude and have strong customer service skills. To be successful in this role you will be professional and driven with a real can do attitude and approach.

**Requirements**:
To be the successful Online Order Assistant you will be happy with some heavy lifting, you will be hard working and possess excellent people skills. No previous experience is required as full training will be given.

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.25-£15.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
