CPotential provides integrated rehabilitation therapies for children who have a primary movement disorder. The Administration and Finance Officer will have a key client facing role as we continue to develop our services.

We are looking for a proactive administrator who will support and work alongside the Practice Manager. This is a varied role, acting as the Centre’s first point of contact, you will be responsible for the reception function, handling calls and enquiries and meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a warm, welcoming and professional manner.

You will be an experienced administrator with some finance experience and knowledge of invoicing with a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent organisational, computer and interpersonal skills and the ability to keep on top of a busy appointment schedule and invoicing deadlines. An interest or background in children’s services and a client facing role will be an asset.
