We are looking are an enthusiastic individual to join our team based in Newton Abbott. Bill Opticians is a family run independent opticians located across Devon.
This role would ideally suit a confident and experienced telephonist to handle the incoming and outgoing calls for all of our practices.
This is a busy and interesting role providing the first point of call to our patients from our practices.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Handling queries from patients
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Complete out going calls to patients
- Working as part of a team
- Admin tasks relating to stock and returns
Optical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
