Following the internal progression of a member of our team we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Helpdesk.
- Can demonstrate an ability to enthusiastically engage with clients in a friendly manner, building relationships and understanding their needs
- Has excellent spoken and written English communication
- Is comfortable using computers.
- A willingness to learn how to operate our various systems to provide the support required
- Enjoys problem solving
- Has good organisational and time management skills
- Approaches tasks in a logical and methodical manner with a high attention to detail
- Takes initiative in their own development and takes opportunities to improve their skills
- Experience of the following is preferred but not essential:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL

This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical/software interest that is looking for an entry level position in order to gain industry experience. An average day in the role is fast paced and no two days are alike, team dynamics are something that’s important to us - we support and learn from each other and have a wide mix of backgrounds.

Day to day responsibilities include:
- Establishing the nature of any problems; (hardware or software related)
- Collecting accurate information about client requirements and understanding their needs.
- Raising software fault tickets as required, referring hardware faults, sales enquiries, accounts queries etc to the relevant departments
- Identify potential for improvements to existing support systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15,425.31-£29,435.95 per year

- Chester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
