**Trainee Baker**
**4 x 10 hour shifts / 3 days off a week (closed on Saturday's)**
**Must be available to work every other Sunday**

**BAKER**
We have an exciting role for a trainee baker You need to be passionate about food production and highly motivated, with previous experience of working in a similarly fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll do**
- Bake and have the ability to accurately follow recipes - ensuring quality and food safety is always adhered to.
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Decorating and displaying finished products.
- Be a hands-on part of the bakery production team
- Assisting with the running of the bakery when required or asked to do so
- Helping to ensure a safe environment for staff and adhering to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures
- Reporting for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and any applicable protective clothing and adhering to specified grooming standards
