Our client is on a mission to bring ultrafast internet to their customers. Guided by the principles of flawless customer support, fair contracts, and affordable pricing, our client brings the full fibre experience to your home or office to create the bestinternet experience possible.
**As a Sales manager your duties will include**:
- Leading your defined territory's strategic approach to sales conversion.
- Form a strong team capable of generating leads and closing sales.
- The ability to manage your headcount and budget in order to meet your goals.
- Coach and manage your team in order to sell fibre broadband and related products primarily to the B2C market.
**Essential Requirements**
- A full UK driving license.
- Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications.
- Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience.
- Evidence of performance management.
**Benefits of this role include**:
- Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of £35,000 in your first year.
- Flexible working hours between Monday and Saturday.
- £500 a month to put towards the cost of a vehicle.
- £50 a month to cover the cost of your mobile phone.
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- All IT equipment, including an iPad Air supplied.
- Paid company events.
- Life assurance.
- Pension scheme - match your contributions by 8%.
