We are looking for National Account Manager to join our innovative, market-leading accident management and technology company. As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key customers across allmarket segments.
You will be required to interact to a high standard while managing a portfolio of blue-chip insurer clients, presenting complex data to stakeholders at all levels, identifying new business opportunities, and growing existing business.
Extensive UK travel is anticipated, in addition to regularly attending industry networking events and customer activities at locations throughout the UK, which may necessitate staying away from home on occasion.
**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a National Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms.
- Review management information data, identify trends and share insights with clients.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Implement strategies for delivery of all products to new and existing customers.
- Keep updated with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.

Vizion Network Ltd is the largest network of automotive repair centres and automotive repair and management services in the UK and Ireland. Vizion provides network and claims management services and solutions to a growing proportion of the UK market whichincludes insurers, vehicle manufacturers, brokers and fleets.
**The Benefits

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a National Account Manager are:
- UK motor claims experience.
- Evidence of exceeding targets (both turnover and profit).
- Good working knowledge of motor engineering and the accident repair process.
- Full UK driving license.
- Minimum 2 years account management or supply chain experience is desired but not essential.
