This position is split between serving the general public in our busy retail shop and preparing all types of fish and shellfish for our wholesale market.

Have a can do attitude when dealing with the public

Be responsible for taking orders and preparing fish to the customers requirements. A basic knowledge of fish would be advantageous but training will be given to the successful applicant

This is a full time position 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday some overtime available

A background of retail sales and good communication skills essential as this position is split between retail shop sales and backstage processing in our wholesale area.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
