We’re looking for a **Commercial Assistant** to join our commercial team in St Austell. **Contract**: Permanent, full time

**Responsibilities**

As Commercial Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to the commercial and operational teams on our Anglian Water Alliance.

Your day to day will include:

- Assist operations team with invoicing and chase outstanding debt
- Process subcontract payments as well as sending enquiries and chasing responses
- Recording & monitoring of labour/ plant/ subcontract costs and updating registers
- Assist with updating month end reports to enable accurate reporting
- Preparation of contract cost reports for accounts and audit

This role of Commercial Assistant is great for you if you hold:

- Excellent communication skills with good attention to detail
- Experience within a similar role in a fast-paced office/ depot environment
- Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office - Excel
