Patient Concierge

Monday - Friday. 9-5:30pm
- Willing to work min. 1 Saturday a month
- Starting immediately
- Fully private high-end practice, prominent high street location
- Dental background not essential
- Customer service is a must
- Ideally familiar with SOE

Job Role:
As it is a small suburban area reputation is key therefore is it essential you deliver exceptional service. You will see each patient as they walk in so it is critical they feel welcome and to be greeted by a friendly face. It is essential you are organised and able communicate effectively with clinicians and all staff as you will need to ensure the day is running smoothly and communicate with the dentist and patients in relation to the appointments and times.

You will be heavily involved building the diary and practice. You will play a pivotal role in the patient journey. You will see each patient after their appointment with the dentist to book in follow up appointments, discuss the treatment plan, take payment and organise finance. It is essential you are organised and able communicate effectively with clinicians and all staff. Will need to follow up with patients.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
