We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Commercial Business Graduate Trainee who is qualified to degree level in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent and has a high attention to detail and a numerical mindset.

Working as the Commercial Business Graduate Trainee from the company’s UK Head Office in Ross-on-Wye, you will be working in the Product Management team for the Building Solutions division. This division covers a diverse range of products such as underfloorheating, plumbing, renewable energy and civil engineering.

As the Commercial Business Graduate Trainee you will be working on topics such as article management and creation, key account support, sales and rebate reporting, sales team support, pricing and profitability analysis, a Key User of systems, stock analysisand supporting new product launches and developments.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

As the Commercial Business Graduate Trainee you will have the following qualifications, skills and attributes:

- You will be qualified to degree level in Business Studies or Marketing, or equivalent. No previous experience in the Construction product industry is required
- You will need a structured and methodical approach to work, with a keen attention to detail
- The role heavily involves dealing in data and figures, so a numerical mind and excellent M365 proficiency are essential
- You should be confident in problem solving and have strong communication skills dealing with internal and external stakeholders
