**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience is advantageous, but not required
- Interest in arts, crafts, and hobbies
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual with a solid work ethic
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
