**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential sales leads through various channels, including online research, industry publications, and networking platforms.
- Source and gather accurate and relevant data on potential leads, recording information meticulously into our central system for easy access and tracking.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and tailor lead generation efforts accordingly.
- Utilize a motivated and positive attitude to overcome objections and negativity during lead research and outreach.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with potential leads and colleagues.
- Continuously refine lead generation strategies based on results and feedback, contributing to the optimization of our sales processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation progress to the sales management team.

- Strong sense of methodical approach to research and data collection, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact confidently with potential leads and internal teams.
- Resilience and the ability to handle objections and negativity with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales is preferable but not essential; we value the right attributes and attitude above all.

This office based role is 30 hours per week. The hourly rate is £11 p/hr with OTE of £30,000

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,160.00-£30,000.00 per year
