- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers for their needs
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers
- Conditioning flowers and organising the flower stand
- Keep the shop clean and organized
- Process customer orders and handle payments in shop and over the phone
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly disposition

Floral deliveries and event set ups using delivery vehicle

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to sell floral products and services
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the shop tidy
- Creativity and artistic flair to design unique floral arrangements
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and their seasonal availability
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Previous experience as a florist is required, ideally covering all aspects of floristry. Clean driving licence is preferable.
