**Nursery Nurse**

Our Client are looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse for their fantastic Day Nursery based near Inkberrow, Worcester. The Nursery Nurse must be passionate, enthusiastic and driven to give young children the best early years education and careneeded for their development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
- Plan and provide effective teaching and learning
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Interest in the care, learning and development of young children
- An understanding of the principles of working in a nursery
- help to develop and maintain good relationships and communications with parents/carers to facilitate day-to-day caring needs
- Excellent communication skills, with children, colleagues, advisors and parents/carers.
- To encourage parental involvement and support through the development of effective working relationships
- Ensure that activities are carried out in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with statutory responsibilities
- Ensure that risk assessments are completed prior to commencing activities with children
- To plan wide range of creative and enjoyable activities
- To ensure the Setting offers the highest standards of physical and emotional care, health and safety, and food hygiene at all times

**Qualifications Needed**
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent
- Completion of Safeguarding
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
