We're looking for **Utilities** **Site** **Supervisors** to join our Natural Resources team to join our Natural Resources team to deliver one of the highest profile projects in the UK, HS2, the roles will cover Southam to Brackley, Brackley to Aylesbury and Aylesbury to North Chilterns.

**Location**: based anywhere from Southam to Aylesbury where your role will cover stretches of the HS2 line - with travel to the office and sites required

**Contract**: Permanent

**Responsibilities**

As **Utilities Site** **Supervisor**, **you'll be responsible for delivering multiple projects within budget and timescales, whilst complying with Health, Safety and Environment. Completing documentation to get contractors to site and then delivering utility diversion project schemes including water, gas, electric and communication assets. You will manage the project team and represent Kier at the client meetings

Your day to day will include:

- Manage day-to-day site operations and lead by example, setting standards for other workers.
- Ensure appropriate site inductions are carried out and recorded, whilst carrying out regular site briefings.
- Check compliance with the quality plans, method statements, risk assessments and inspection and test plans.
- Carry out quality checks and witnessing and reporting of any non-conformances.
- Assist with monitoring the performance and operation of contractors. Ensuring they are properly instructed in the safe execution of their work and programme requirements.
- Liaise with the Area Managers and Roadspace Manager regarding co-ordination and integration of works, as well as liaising with Local Authorities, Statutory Authorities, Emergency Services and other third parties.

- Have experience in a similar role within the industry delivering utilities and utility diversions - water, electrical and communications
- Hold SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor and full driving licence
- Contractual and commercial awareness along with knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
