Sales Assitant

DIGI4U LTD is a fast-growing E-commerce company based in Cardiff. We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis. This will be a varied role and will keep you busy.

**Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the store
- Actively taking advantage of all sales opportunities, by up-selling and cross-selling where appropriate
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty at all times
- Assisting customers in financing, purchasing, delivery and ultimate overall satisfaction
- Minimising customer complaints while identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Collecting information for purchasing a new product
- Visiting and making phone calls to regular and potential customers
- Meeting sales and profit targets on portfolio products.
- Effectively maintaining the customer database as and when required, developing a strong customer network with an in-depth knowledge of local customers and businesses.
- Maintaining social media and company blogs to attract interest on a larger scale.
- Developing new customers.

**Essential Skills**
- Ideally related experience or a marketing degree
- Excellent sales ability and track record of exceeding targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £16,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
