HR Apprentice

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a **Business / HR Apprentice,**working for a highly reputable client. This role is a great opportunity to develop your potential in a fast-paced environment, working on supporting key departments across the site.

**Business / HR Apprentice Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To assist HR Lead and HR Officer on a daily basis with administration on all HR related activities, which could include recruitment & selection, discipline & grievance and training & development.
- Raising payments such as purchase orders, cheque requests and visa procurements when necessary.
- Provide administrative support by ensuring timely statistical information is available to corporate headquarters and to the Plant Manager and senior management team at Peterlee.
- Assisting with new staff Induction's.
- Helping with recruitment administration.
- Assisting with booking, recording and evaluation of training courses both internal and external to plant.
- Inputting all new employees onto HR systems, keeping regular track of updates, and keeping all information up to date.
- Fully responsible for the issuing of company work wear and the data input and storage of information per employee.
- Take on specific HR related projects.

**Business/HR Apprentice Applicants**:

- GCSEs in Maths and English with minimum C / 4 grades.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Ability to use initiative.
