Our **UK Balfour Beatty Regional Scotland Buildings **business has a terrific opportunity for a **Planner (Buildings) **to join us based from our **Edinburgh business unit.**
**What you'll be doing**
As a **Planner (Buildings)**, you will have report to the Planning Manager and have the following accountabilities:
- Responsible for implementing the project planning procedures
- Preparation of detailed programmes and programmes reporting
- Logistics sequences and written submissions (as required) for projects varying from £5m to in excess of £100m
- Developing and maintaining the 4D planning function during the project delivery period
**Who we're looking for**
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Professional membership to CIOB or equivalent
- NEC contracts exposure
- An excellent understanding of various methods of planning, programming and progress monitoring
- A valid UK driving licence
- Reasonable daily commutable distance to Edinburgh
- Thorough working knowledge of **Asta Powerproject**
