**Key Accountabilities -** Supervise all activities within the Contract(s) to ensure contract delivery, SHEQ compliance, and colleague experience for the region. - Support the Contracts Manager to execute business strategy for the Branch and KAEFER UK. - Ensure all contracts are on target to as sold margin; escalate underperforming contracts and implement any mitigating actions to return to as sold margins.
- Effectively maintain internal and external client relationships to ensure long term sustainability of the Branch.
**Desirable Qualifications**
CITB SSSTS or SMSTS
CITB Advanced Scaffolder with ring system endorsement
LEAN or Continuous improvement awareness
Pay: £23.41 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
