**Job Summary**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our multidisciplinary team, helping us to continue our mission of Pushing the Limits of Ultrasound Sensing and Imaging and tackle some of the biggest medical imaging challenges with our clients (among the biggest companies in the world).
**Dimensions**
- 2.1 Honours Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with data and signal processing using Python, C, Java, Matlab or Labview, would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical device compliance, including ISO 13485, desirable
- Experience with animal and/or healthy volunteer studies desirable
- IT proficiency, including core Microsoft packages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a degree of professionalism suited to communication both internally at Novosound and externally, with partners and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate with hands-on development and prototyping of ultrasonic arrays for key commercial clients
- Process, analyse and interpret data captured from experiments, trials and field tests
- Document observed results, draw conclusions, and make recommendations during product development activities
- Communicate with external customers, including participation in meetings to advise on enquiries, inform analysis and deliver results. This will also include producing professional level documentation and reports on the outcomes of testing and development for dissemination to customers.
- Communicate with relevant suppliers and partners.
- Co-ordinate with operations staff, producing procedural documentation to aid the handover of production steps to the operations team at the end of the development cycle.
- Engage with the wider industry and research community to ensure Novosound are implementing cutting edge technology and techniques.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
