**The Role**

As part of a HR Transformation programme we require additional support for a period of 12 months whilst internal resources are redirected and a new HRIS (Workday) is embedded. Reporting into the Senior HR Systems Manager you will provide support to the EMEAregion on a number of people related systems, delivering regular and ad-hoc reports to the business and People & Culture team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the EMEA HRIS team inbox and ServiceNow tickets. Triage where appropriate and act as 1st and 2nd line support for queries or data requests.
- Investigate and troubleshoot Workday user and system issues.
- Support change request activities post go-live. Test and validate business process changes to support optimization and continuous improvement activities.
- Create and maintain guidance related to all BAU people reporting.
- Carry out regular data quality checks, proactively working with the People Experience team to resolve data quality issues.
- Produce and distribute regular reports.
- Provide support across ad-hoc projects throughout the year.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups, pivot tables/slicers and creation of charts to support analysis
- Experience of Workday HCM and Service Now is advantageous
- In the absence of Workday, experience of supporting a core HRIS in the capacity of a super user
- Strong personal commitment to accuracy and maintenance of data integrity
- Able to multi-task, manage work under pressure and deliver to agreed deadlines
- Discrete, maintaining confidentiality of data and departmental security
- Keen to work collaboratively and be an active team member
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to research solutions with mínimal guidance
- Experience with MI data reporting tools and experience of producing HR metrics
