**Recruitment Consultant - Soft FM & Office Support - Are you an experienced consultant with a passion for delivering excellent office support personnel? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing a diverse desk? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead the growth of our Soft FM & Office Support division and potentially progress into a management and directorship role.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage a fast-moving Soft FM & Office Support desk, delivering personnel such as PAs, Receptionists, Office Managers, and Office Administrators to the building maintenance sectors.**:

- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing effective solutions.**:

- **Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a recruiter, within the office support or soft FM facilities management sector.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.**:

- **Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.**:
