Waitressing Duties

Crescent cafe is currently looking for a full-time barista cafe staff

We are looking for a fun and friendly barista to join our team, someone who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute in creating a unique coffee

**We are looking for someone who**:

- At least 1 year of previous coffee experience
- Latte skills are preferred
- Has a passion for coffee, food and cafe culture
- Understands and values the importance of customer care & hospitality
- Has a commitment to consistency in quality, speed and intelligent customer service
- Has the ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Is a mature & motivated team player
- Has a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Competitive wage depending on experience

**Salary**: £12:00-13:50 per hour

Tips

2 weeks holiday paid on first year and than 4 weeks holiday paid second year

Schedule:

- 6 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
