Dfg Surveyor

I am looking for a DFG Surveyor to work in the South Staffordshire region. You will be required to carry out surveys for level access showers, wet rooms etc. for Social Housing properties on a 4-6 month contract.
This is an office based role so you will be at the office for 8am Monday to Friday then travel to any site visits from there, (business mileage is provided).
**DFG Surveyor duties**:
- Take work to contractors and negotiate the best prices.
- Oversee work carried about by contractors and ensure it is completed to the highest standard.
- Complete both pre and post-inspections.
**DFG Surveyor experience**:
- Knowledge in disabled facilities grants.
- Building regulation knowledge.
- Autocad/design (bonus)
- Social Housing experience
