**Trade Supplier Apprenticeship**

This is an outstanding opportunity to learn about the electrical wholesale industry as a Trade Supplier apprentice. You will work alongside our experience team who will support you in gaining an excellent level of understanding of the industry. Your acquired news skills and knowledge will be utilised on a daily basis to ensure we meet our customer’s requirements and deliver an exceptional level of customer service at all times.

This is an outstanding opportunity to train within a varied role which will cover many aspects of electrical wholesale industry. You will work alongside our experience team who will support you in gaining an excellent understanding of all areas of the business.

This role will involve the following:

- Serving on the trade counter.
- General organisation of the warehouse and stock checking.
- Complying with health and safety and safe working practices at all times.
- Handle and respond to telephone enquiries.
- Use the company information system for ordering, invoicing, stock management etc.
- Generate quotes and proposals for customers
- Undertaking goods inwards and dispatch processes
- Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
- Provide customer information on our products and services
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships at all times
- Picking and packaging customer orders
- Maintaining excellent relationships with material suppliers and representatives
- Attend all off and on-site training courses which will be part of your apprenticeship
- Maintain and updating your knowledge of current and new products, as required

**About the company**

Electrical Installation Supplies is an independent _electrical wholesaler_ based in Congleton. The business was formed in 2008 with a primary function of providing a wholesale facility for the local electrical industry, along with a trade counter which can also be used by members of the public.

- Functional Skills Level 2 (maths, English) will be required or could be achieved as part of your apprenticeship programme.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 2-10 months

**Salary**: £11,000.00-£13,000.00 per year
