Due to retirement, we have a vacancy for an enthusiastic person to join our busy team.
We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong working knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procdeures, who is capable of working on their own initiative and has an aptitued for numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilise Sage 50 Accounts Software to maintain financial records and manage accounts effectively
Dealing with all aspects of the sales and purchase ledger including raising and reconciliation of Customer invoices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Reconciliation of daily cash takings and stock
Monitoring and scheduling MOTs/Services for company vehicles
High level of accuracy
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
This is a part time position working 3 to 4 days per week
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
