**The Role**

This is a permanent hybrid position (2/3 days in the office).

The role entails the coordination of a Time and Attendance system (Kelio), including but not limited to accurate monitoring of hours worked and absences for employed staff across AMES Business (Kelkay, La Hacienda, Vatre Terracotta) and timely submission of payroll data to bureau.

A typical day in your role will involve:

- Collation and checking of hours from clocking systems on T&A system (Kelio)
- Processing changes and updating records
- Verification of Sickness and Holiday hours and calculation of rates
- Administration of Court payments and Attachment of earnings orders
- Administration of pension schemes and payments
- Responding to payroll queries
- Ensuring all new starter checks are completed and that records are kept up to date
- Ensuring leaver information is kept up to date, including P45s etc
- Submission of information through to payroll bureau accurately and on time
- Checking of the data input by the payroll bureau
- Production of internal reports on headcount etc
- Supporting implementation of new systems and process improvement
- Compiling information to produce P11Ds
- ONS returns
- Ensuring compliance and guidelines are adhered to
- Other wider finance duties as and when required

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 1-2 years of payroll experience
- Has at least 1 year of Time and Attendance systems experience
- Strong knowledge of excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
- Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
- Self Driven with determination to deliver excellent customer service
- Adopts a logical, analytical, and structured approach

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
