Kolt Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Bodyshop Manager or someone who is looking to make the next step into a bodyshop managers role for a busy accident repair centre.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Satisfaction
- Manages key KPI’s including but not exclusively, estimate conversion, hours per job card
- Scheduling work to meet customer requirements, taking into account Bodyshop utilisation targets, and job complexity and parts/materials availability
- Co-ordinating Bodyshop activity to deliver agreed work
**Key Requirements**
- Experience of Audatex preffered
- Must have worked in a similar role or looking to progress up.
