Our client is looking for a friendly customer focused Service Advisor to join their busy service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a new and exciting challenge. It is a fast paced and enjoyable customer facing role.

**The Role**:
The role of Service Advisor is varied and very customer focused.
You will be greeting customers in person and on the phone
Identifying service requirements
Assisting customers through their journey in the service and aftersales department
Covering other areas of the business is a requirement.

**Skills & Abilities required**:
The Service Advisor will need an exceptional telephone manner is a must for to be successful in this role
Ability to effectively problem-solve
Well-presented and personable
Proficient in IT
Accurate Administration

Working hours are 08.30-17:30 Monday - Friday and every Saturday 8:30-12:30
