Opus People Solutions are seeking an employee relations savvy HR Advisor in Great Yarmouth to join a team on a 12 month contract, with the potential to go permanent there after.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with the support of our client in an environment tailored to helping you grow.

As an HR Advisor, your role is focused on providing employee relations casework support with your expertise and guidance.

CIPD Level 5+/relavent experience will be needed to ensure you can manage their caseload.

Flexible working is available. What hours can you work and how do they fit around your personal life? The role is on a hybrid working scheme too, with no more than 2 days in the office per week.

Your holiday starts at 24 days per annum, increasing with years of service.

Subsided parking will be available too, £10 will cover every time you come into the office.
