**Join our team as Website Design Digital Executive.**

Delivering great content is vital to supporting ICAEW's students and members and maintaining ICAEW's global reputation. Understanding how well that content is working is integral to the success of ICAEW's website. If you have experience of website structure, content management systems and web analytics, we have an excellent opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge and help create great user experiences.

**Overall purpose of the role for Website Design Digital Executive**

To support the Information Architect and ICAEW's Content Design team on key related digital and website content projects.

**Website Design Digital Executive Responsibilities include**:

- Create and maintain website content audits.
- Implement IA changes through ICAEW's content management system (Sitecore)
- Ensure user journeys are the best they can be through working across Digital and Publishing team, using metrics, regular assessments and surveys and the other sources of information.
- Support the development and delivery of the ICAEW business objectives including taking part in cross departmental projects where appropriate and supporting the Head of Content on project work.
- Integrate feedback mechanisms.
- Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs.
- CMS experience
- Experience of web analytics
- Good, working knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of taxonomies
- Experience of user testing methods
- Project management experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Able to multi-task
- Good standard of education
