**Behaviour Support Assistant**
Qualiteach is working with a SEMH School who is looking to take on a Behaviour Support Assistant on a full-time basis from the first week of January. They are looking for someone who has either worked in a school previously or has experience working with youngpeople from the local area and neighbouring boroughs. For this Behaviour Support Assistant role, you will be required to support their students on a day-to-day basis by following their timetable. During the week these students will be taking part in variouslessons which will include Art, Hospitality, Employability Skills, English, Food Technology, IT, Maths, Media, Motor Mechanics, Music, PSHE, PE and Science. As well as their core lessons, they will also be required to take part in Therapeutic Sessions wherethey are able to discuss how they are feeling and what they are struggling with, as well as learning how to manage their emotions. Due to the students needs, there will also be an aspect of behaviour management required too.
**SEMH School**
Bases in the borough of Bromley, this SEMH School caters for girls and boys aged between the ages of 11-18 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. They currently have 220 students who attend and in their last Ofsted in 2019, they were reviewedas 'Good' in all areas.
