We are looking for a determined and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic production team located in North London (N7). The role requires someone with a good eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, who takes initiative when having to adapt to change and keeps calm under pressure.

You will be part of a dedicated friendly team reporting directly to the Production Manager, so this is an ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to enhance their career and gain experience working in an ambitious, forward thinking environment.

Main Responsibilities to include:

- To operate Guillotine
- To operate Creasing Machines
- Machine & Manual Print Finishing
- Laminating
- Folding
- Booklet-Making
- Bench Work
- Packing & Distribution
- Inspecting products for defects and reporting printing issues to managers.
- Maintaining the highest standard of work
- Any other duties deemed within your skillset

**Requirements**:

- 1 Year’s experience in print finishing essential
- Proficiency on one or more of the following machines: Polar 78 Guillotine, Creaser, Folder, Laminator
- Ability to Follow instructions on job sheets
- Ability to lift medium weight boxes
- Able to produce accurate print products to the highest of standards
