The Digital Content & Social Media Clerk will be joining a small marketing team. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Write, edit and publish brand and keyword optimised content (news articles, case studies, landing pages, etc.) onto the company’s websites. Writing web content for a selection of Web pages, uploading web content via content management systems (Wordpress), as well as ensuring all web sites meet ‘best practice’ guidelines.
- Operate Tensor’s social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Liaise with existing customers in order to obtain case studies/testimonials via phone interviews.
- Engage with existing and prospective customers via our social media channels and online chat service.
**Applicants**:
You will be a sharp, self-motivated, dedicated person who wants to learn and develop their Digital Content & Social Media skills. This more important than academic qualifications. Requirements for this role include:
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good communication skills & well-written English / proofreading ability with a keen eye for detail.
- Willing to learn about our products and develop your knowledge.
- Numerically proficient and able to think on their feet.
- Previous B2B media or publishing experience would be useful
- Previous Digital Content & Social Media experience would be useful.
We are particularly interested in applicants with the following experience of:
- Web development (HTML, PHP, CSS), Website Content Management Systems (Wordpress)

**The Salary**:
Starting salary is between £21,000 and £22,000 p.a. (part-time pro-rata) depending upon previous experience and ability. 28 days’ annual leave including Bank/Public Holidays. Company pension scheme available. Additional annual leave achievable. Free parking on site and a car purchase scheme is also available.
