**This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Bradford with a mix of office and home-working and occasional travel required as part of the role to support meetings.**

We have an exciting opportunity for an **Executive Assistant Team Leader** to join the **Executive team** at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. **Could this be you?**

This role is to provide a comprehensive, proactive and confidential administration, organisational and support service to the CEO and Chair working closely with the Executive team and the Head of the Drive to Thrive.

Also Lead, manage and support the team of EAs (working for the Executive team) to support the work of Yorkshire Water

**Where you fit in**:
As our **Executive Assistant Team Leader** you will
- Represent the Company, CEO and wider YWLT in a positive and professional manner to colleagues and the wider internal and external community.
- Understand business priorities and objectives and support the CEO in achieving them.
- Build a strong relationship of trust with the CEO to better understand their ongoing needs and the needs of the business.
- Serve as a liaison between colleagues, YW Executive team members, senior leaders and CEO.
- Act as a confidante and advisor to the CEO.
- Provide direct support for the CEO by assisting on a wide range of activities to enable the CEO to focus on key priorities.
- Serve as a liaison for the CEO, where appropriate, with key stakeholders both internally and externally, helping to engage with relevant stakeholders. Regularly engages with the Director of Corporate Affairs and the CEO in agreeing relevant internal and external messaging and preparing the CEO for relevant stakeholder meetings. Builds strong relationships with key EAs in key external stakeholders organisations such as Ofwat, Defra, local government, specific NGOS and consultants
- Support on the planning and delivery of key meetings and events (eg Board Sessions, Executive off sites) involving the CEO, ensuring the successful facilitiation of these.

**What skills & qualifications you will need**:

- Educated to degree level or similar or willing to train to this level.
- Extensive experience of working at board level within a professional organisation.
- Energetic, flexible, responsive and with a can-do approach, taking on any task that needs doing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively and confidently at all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Ability to work on own initiative and without constant direct supervision, with a proactive approach to ensure support for the needs of the Director / Directors is anticipated, prepared and provided in a timely fashion.

- Be willing to travel to different Yorkshire locations and London as required
- Be willing to travel with the CEO to support in meetings if needed
