**Head of Service Operations - Kilmarnock (Hybrid Working) - Competitive Salary and Benefits**
- Are you an experienced Senior Operations Manager from a Customer Service or Sales environment looking to make the next step in your career?

- Are confident about driving the performance of you business area and challenging Senior Management to get results?

As Head of Service Operations, you will be focused on managing and developing the business area to ensure the best service standards are maintained and the teams are delivering excellent results.

You will be responsible for focusing on process improvements, generating quality MI and the management of relationships across several departments within the business.

You will be a natural leader who brings with them a passion to work with your team to ensure their development is a key focus and act as a role model across your team.

Working with your team you will ensure everyone has clear objectives and a personalised career development plan along with the support in place to help them on their journey.
- **To be successful in this role you will bring**:_
- Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Call Centre Operational Management (either CS or Sales)
- Track record of managing successful teams as an inspirational role model
- Analytical approach and a passion for change and process improvement
- Creative mindset to bring ideas to drive performance
