We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic consultant gynaecologist with an interest in urogynaecology to join our friendly multidisciplinary team in Salford.

This a 10 PA post combining urogynaecology with general gynaecology and emergency gynaecology.

The urogynaecology team works closely with colleagues in urology and colorectal surgery.

We are a gynaecology only unit with no associated maternity services based mainly on the Salford Royal site with some day-case surgery performed at Rochdale Infirmary.

The job plan will include urogynaecology and general gynaecology clinics, urodynamics clinics, out-patient urogynaecology procedures, elective surgery lists and emergency gynaecology work.

They will be competent in urodynamics, out-patient procedures such as Intravesical Botox treatment and a range of surgical procedures for urinary incontinence and prolapse. Strong mínimal access surgical skills will be an advantage.
