Paint Sprayer

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Spray Painter to join our busy manufacturing site based in Middlewich, Cheshire.
- Colour matching Pain Spraying engineering parts within x-rite 5 angle tolerances
- Experience of Tier 1 Supplier paint processes including full body colour match capability
- Experience in SMART repairs (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology)
- Help provide optimal Paint Shop performance with continual emphasis on cost reduction especially scrap/waste and rework.
- Respond to schedule fluctuations at short notice in order to meet tight customer demands
- Produce and maintain all necessary documents/reporting systems e.g. daily worksheets for correct recording of all data for Paint Shop area.
- Carry out any development/trial work as required
- Providing painting services on a variety of industrial projects, ranging from machinery and equipment to large-scale industrial complexes.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping and priming surfaces
- filling, smoothing, and repairing each product's surface, mixing the coating liquids, and spraying each layer according to specifications
- Mix and match paints to create the desired colour
- Operate a variety of industrial painting equipment such as spray guns, airless sprays and other painting tools;
- Prepare surfaces for painting
- Mix and match paint according to specifications
- Follow safety regulations and use protective equipment
- Inspect and maintain painting equipment
- Monitor the quality of finished work
- Interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Keep records of materials and work progress

Hours rotating shift: Hours to suit

Pay: Weekly pay - £13.70ph Plus Over Time at £20.55ph increased rate Plus Shift Allowance
