**Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Field based**

Alecto Recruitment are currently representing a leading provider of Property and Facilities Management Services for both private and public sector organisations based in the West Midlands, who is now looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineeron a permanent basis.

Boasting many years' experience working in the commercial property sector, the company have an enviable order book and offer a wide range of managed services to include Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical Services and Support.

Proud of being a small family organisation who can deliver on large blue-chip accounts, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer who is best in field to support their ongoing success.

**The Role**:
As Electrical Maintenance Electrician, you will take the lead on all electrical reactive and planned maintenance tasks for a large corporate client who have less than a dozen sites spread across the Shropshire and Staffordshire areas.

Working largely on a Monday to Friday 9 till 5 basis, duties will vary to include to anything from repairing hand driers and replacing light fittings in corridors and waiting rooms, through to working in large commercial plant rooms or undertaking plannedmaintenance of emergency lights.

Given the nature of the account, you may also be afforded the opportunity to work in specialist settings on niche equipment or involve yourself in project work such as the refurbishment of waiting rooms, installing LED lighting and conduit or working withthree phase systems.

It is a unique role that will offer a lot of variety in a professional environment with a good work life balance.

To be considered for this post you will be an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with varied knowledge of reactive and planned maintenance work in a corporate and client facing environment.

Experience of working in plant room is essential, as is the ability to install electrical equipment as and when required.

Minimum Qualifications will include:

- 18th edition BS 7671 essential
- Test and Inspect 2391-50 Test preferable
- Full clean driving licence

Those who have the essential qualifications and experience to work as a Qualifying Supervisor will also be considered.
