Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing company, based in Ashford, who are looking for a Head of Finance to join their friendly team.

Your new role will involve:

- Overall ownership of the finance function.
- Provide financial advice to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure monthly management accounts are completed as per deadlines.
- Manage a finance team of 6.
- Analyse financial data producing relevant reports and forecasts.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the forecasting and budgeting process.

Qualifications/Requirements of the role:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- Proven working background in a Finance Management role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills and previous use of NetSuite would be advantageous.
- Able to lead, coach and mentor a finance team.
- Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.

Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - Hybrid working is offered.

**Salary**: £65k to £70k
