About the role
- We are looking for Team Lead to assist in supporting the growth of Virgin Media and Virgin Media business in planning and coordinating network expansion works for a 12-month FTC
- The Planning Partner Lead will support our operational relationships with outsourced partners/suppliers within Network Planning & Wayleave.
- The Team Lead will work with line managers through collaborative working with internal departments and outsourced planning partners acting as an ambassador for network expansion and driving excellence in positive forward-thinking growth.

The must haves
- In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;- Experience in a Design led process and an operational environment- Proficient in Excel with ability to collect and record important data- Demonstrate ability to provide analysis and reporting on key work streams- Consistent track record in leading a delivery centric environment

The other stuff we're looking for
- We'd also love you to bring;- Experience operating in a fast paced environment with excellent people leadership skills including communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.- Deliver Key deliverables ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are meet- Experience in WIP management and driving efficiency and performance
