**Nursery Assistant**

We require an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our busy nursery. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

**Attitudes needed for this position**
- Willing to undertake further childcare qualifications and training sessions
- A natural desire to want to help children to learn and develop

**Skills and Qualities needed for the position**
- Effective communication skills with children, staff and parents
- Positive attitude and customer based skills required
- A friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent time keeping and absence record
- Good team working skills
- High levels of motivation
- Good use of personal initiative
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Ability to prioritise workload and to meet deadlines
- The ability to safeguard and promote the welfare of children

**We offer**

**An Enhanced DBS is required for this position.**
