**What does the role involve?**

EMBS Engineering is in partnership with a precision engineering company located in Nottingham that is a leading specialist in manufacturing precision-engineered components. Due to our client's increased workload, they are looking to expand their assembly department and are therefore looking for an Assembly Fitter to join their growing team and support with new and exciting projects.

This is a great opportunity for Mechanical Fitters, Assembly Fitters, Mechanical Assemblers, Bench Engineers etc. who are looking to utilize their skills and grow in a company that specializes in the manufacture of complex, detailed components for some of the most demanding and buoyant industry sectors such as Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Defence etc. working with clients such as Rolls Royce.

**What experience do you need?**
- Previous assembly/fitting/bench engineering experience within Engineering
- Previous background of working with medium-sized precision components for high-profile industries including; Aerospace, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Defence, Petrochemical, or any other advanced manufacturing sectors
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience working with metallics i.e. stainless steel, aluminium, titanium etc
- Ability to use handheld and power tools - grinders, cutters, drills, saws, torque wrenches etc

**What do you get?**
- £12 - £15 per hour depending on experience
- Days - moving to Rotating shift following training
- Company Sick Pay
